Peter Klipfel Shihan 6th Dan is the chief instructor for Seiwa Kai in the Western Cape which is just one of the provinces that are home to Seiwa Kai dojo,s in South Africa. He is also the vice president for Seiwa Kai in South Africa and the vice president for the JKF Gojukai in Africa.
The dojos of Peter Shihan are situated in and around the West Coast Table view, Blouberg area as well as in the Boland. Peter has been a active member in WP and Boland since 1982 and has produced many local , national and international sport karate champions.
At present Peter serves on both the Boland BASK and KAWP provincial committees to assist sport karate moving ahead in the future. One of the contributing factors for the successful growth of Seiwa Kai in the Western Cape is the annual international travelling that Peter Shihan does to various countries in the world to attend karate seminars as well as Sport karate seminars to improve the Seiwa Kai students.
